NWFL Premiership teams cruise into President Federation Cup Round of 16 with full results

Saturday and Sunday were observed for the Round of 32 of the 2025 President Federation Cup (women’s category).

Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership teams booked their places in the Round of 16.

Holders, Rivers Angels thrashed Moje Queens 7-0 in Benin City.

Another top flight side, Heartland Queens recorded the same result over Crystal Stars Ladies.

Ibom Angels secured the biggest result of the round with a resounding 17-0 thrashing of Sporting Angels.

NWFL Premiership champions, Edo Queens had a whopping 12-0 victory over Kada Queens in Anyigba, Kogi state.

Nasarawa Amazons put six unreplied goals against Kwara Ladies in Asaba, Delta state.

In a clash of two second-tier teams, First Mahi Babes had a 4-1 victory against Gallant Queens.

Lagos champions Dannaz Ladies secured a five-star performance with a 5-0 success over GP World.

Osun Babes saw off N-Youth 3-0 while Mighty Jets edged Delta Babes.

Bayelsa Queens showed fellow NWFL Premiership side, Naija Ratels the exit door with a 2-1 win.

Sunshine Queens and Castmog FA settled for a 0-0 draw with the former winning penalty shoot out 8-7.

Similarly, Fortress Ladies and Onimarg FC played out a 1-1 draw, but the latter from Ondo State secured a 4-2 win on penalties.

Two games ended in walkovers. Former NWFL Premiership winners, Delta Queens walked over Jacklyn Angels while Unification Ladies walked over Adamawa Queens.
