Official: Mohammed Gafar joins First Bank from Smart City

Mohammed Gafar has completed his move to First Bank FC of Lagos ahead the new Nigeria Nationwide League One season.
Before teaming up with First Bank, Gafar had previous enjoyed spell on the sidelines with Smart City FC and he has been saddled with responsibility of guiding the Lagos based fiancial company sponsored outfit to success.
While confirming his move, Gafar has now set his sight on the NLO One season as he aims at promoting First Bank to the second tier of Nigeria National League (NNL) and Lagos FA Cup glory this season.
“This is to officially inform you that I have left Smart City Football Club of Lagos due to the reasons best known to me,” he told Sports247,com.
“Presently I am now with First Bank Football Club of Lagos and I have started working with the club in preparation for the Lagos FA Cup and NLO league.”
