Olanrewaju Kayode: Nigeria striker signs two-year deal with Turkish club Genclerbirligi

Nigeria forward, Olanrewaju Kayode has reaffirmed his admiration for Turkish football as he has signed a new two year with another Super Lig club, Genclerbirligi.

Kayode who has previously played for a number of Turkish clubs including Gaziantep, Sivaspor and Umraniyespor will be joining Genclerbirligi as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with Ukrainian side, Shakhtar Donetsk

The 30 year old striker has also played club football in Switzerland and Ivory Coast. He’s among the few Nigerian players to have featured in all categories of national teams.

Kayode has represented Nigeria at the U-17, U-20 and U-23 levels. He has also made four appearances for the Super Eagles.
