First choice goalkeeper for Nigeria’s Super Falcons, Chiamaka Nnadozie has solicited supports for the team as they take on South Africa in the first leg of final qualifying round to the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The Super Falcons will be up against the Banyana Banyana at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, on Friday with kickoff slated for 5pm.
Nnadozie stated that having a large number of fans at the stadium will boost the morale of the team.
“We want our people to come to the stadium and support us. The Super Falcons do not fear any team,” Nnadozie told thenff.com.
“With their support, we will play with total confidence and overcome.”
The return leg will take place at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria next Tuesday with eventual winner picking the ticket to represent Africa in the summer Olympics in Paris.
