Peter Olayinka and Igoh Ogbu win Czech Cup with Slavia Praha

The Nigerian duo joined in the celebration as the more illustrious Slavia claimed the necessary bragging rights following a routine triumph in the MOL Cup.

Ogbu was in action from start to finish as his side grounded out to a deserved clinical victory as the 23-year-old produced a defensive masterclass to celebrate his first silverware with the club.

Although, Sparta dominated on the ball but it was Slavia who created the most and best chances and most important, scored the goals that decided the tie.

After a goalless first half, tThe two goals came in the space of five minutes in the second-half thanks to David Doudera and Filip Panak’s’ own goal.

Olayinkan, on the hand was not dressed due to a thigh injury but he joined in the celebration which doubled as a farewell to his fans and teammates as he will be playing for his new team next season after signing for Crvena Zvezda.
