Prince Kazeem Eletu Academy hails Victor after goalscoring debut for AC Milan
Nigerian young sensation Victor Eletu made an impactful debut as he emerged the hero for Italian Serie A giants AC Milan in their 3-2 friendly triumph over Lumezzane FC ahead of the new season.
The fine start of the 17-year-old midfielder received the appraisal of the Chairman of his Nigerian-based academy, Prince Kazeem Eletu, who brokered his move to AC Millan academy from Lagos based club before he eventually signed a professional contract extension with the Rossoneri until 2025.
And the team’s manager, Muftau Eletu described the young lad as a committed and energetic player, while congratulating its product on his debut for AC Milan and wished him best of luck in his footballing career.
“This is a player that started with our Academy years ago and today the World is celebrating him not because he played for AC Milan but also netted his first goal for the club,” Eletu said in a statement.
“On behalf of the Eletu football family, I congratulate him for his debut for AC Milan and I wish him more success in this subsequent matches.”
Eletu disclosed that the academy had produced many players who are currently playing in various clubs not only in Europe also on African continent and urged the players in academy to remain focus and determined in order to achieve their aims in a possible shortest time.
Victor will return to action for AC Milan when they travel to the United Arab Emirates where the Dubai Super Cup with friendlies scheduled against Arsenal on December 13 and Liverpool on December 16.
