Rofiat Imuran on target in Stade Reims loss to Lyon

Nigerian defender, Rofiat Imuran scored her side’s solitary goal as Stade Reims surrendered to a 5-1 loss against French top-flight champions, Lyon on Sunday.
Alice Sombath scored the opener for the record UEFA Women’s Champions League winners in the 20th minute.
Seven minutes later, Imuran equalised for the hosts before French all-time goal scorer, Eugenie Le Sommer restored Lyon’s lead in the 43rd minute.
In the additional minutes of the first half, Melchie Dumornay increased the lead for Sonia Bompastor’s side.
Lindsey Horan and Amel Majri sealed a 5-1 win for Lyon with two goals in the second half.
Imuran saw 74 minutes of action before she was replaced by Noemie Mouchon, while her compatriot, Tosin Demehin played the duration of the match.
Reims occupy the sixth position on the table with seven points after four games.
