Rumour: Crystal Palace joins Barcelona, Aston Villa in race to sign Raphael Onyedika

English Premier League (EPL) giants, Crystal Palace, have joined the list of clubs interested in enterprising Nigerian midfielder, Raphael Onyedika.
Onyedika’s impressive displays for Club Brugge in the Belgian Pro League have caught the eye of several top clubs in the EPL and Europe.
According to reports from The Sun, Palace’s recruitment chief, Dougie Freedman, was recently in Belgium to watch the Nigeria international in action for Club Brugge.
The London club is now prepared to make a bid to secure the services of the Super Eagles’ midfielder ahead of other interested suitors.
Among the other clubs linked with the 23-year-old midfield enforcer are Aston Villa, Everton, and Barcelona.
Onyedika, who joined Club Brugge from Danish outfit FC Midtylland in 2022, is seen as one of the top young players in Europe at the moment.
He has featured in 42 games in all competitions this term, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
