Inter Milan are preparing to offer Nigerian midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro a new long-term contract before sending him out on loan for the upcoming season, according to reports from Italian outlet Tuttosport.
The 20-year-old is expected to sign an extension that will keep him at the club until 2029, solidifying the Serie A champions’ commitment to his development.
Following the conclusion of his loan spell at Sampdoria, where he impressed despite the club’s relegation struggles, Akinsanmiro is likely to be loaned out again—this time to newly promoted side Pisa.
The move would offer him regular top-flight minutes while allowing Inter to closely monitor his progress.
Akinsanmiro has been regarded as one of Nigeria’s most promising midfield talents and is seen as a future asset for the Nerazzurri.
