Salisu Yusuf Joins Barau FC as New Technical Adviser

Barau FC, the newly promoted team in the Nigeria National League (NNL), is proud to announce the appointment of Salisu Yusuf as their new Technical Adviser.
Yusuf, a distinguished former coach of the Super Eagles, has signed a season-long contract with the Kano-based club.
In his new role, Yusuf will be tasked with steering Barau FC towards achieving promotion to Nigeria’s elite league.
Known for his extensive experience and successful track record, Yusuf is anticipated to bring significant expertise and strategic insight to the team.
Yusuf’s impressive coaching resume includes stints with several prominent Nigerian clubs, such as Kano Pillars, Enyimba FC, FC Taraba, Elkanemi Warriors, and Enugu Rangers.
His most notable recent achievement was leading the home-based Super Eagles to the final of the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco.
Barau FC, owned by Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau, is excited to welcome Yusuf and looks forward to a successful season under his guidance.
