Southampton forward Princewill Ehibhatiomhan has joined League Two side Swindon Town on a season-long loan, subject to EFL approval. The move follows the 20-year-old’s contract extension with the Saints.

Eligible to represent Nigeria, Ehibhatiomhan heads out on his first senior loan after a standout campaign in Premier League 2, where he netted 12 goals across the league, Premier League Cup, and play-offs.

Speaking on the move, the striker expressed enthusiasm about taking the next step in his development.

“I’m really excited to join Swindon Town. This is a great opportunity to test myself in senior football, and I’m ready to give everything to help the team have a successful season,” he said.

“I can’t wait to get out on the pitch, score goals, and work hard for the badge. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the club, the supporters, and the atmosphere at the County Ground.

“After speaking with the manager, it was clear this is the right place for me to develop and contribute.”

Ehibhatiomhan will wear the number 20 shirt for Swindon Town during the 2025/26 campaign.
