Sunday Dare Receives Best Performing Minister Award


The Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports activities Improvement, Chief Sunday Dare has been awarded the Greatest Performing Minister Award.
The Minister, Sunday Dare, acquired the award on the Nigeria Sports activities Governor Benefit Award and Nigeria Philanthropist Benefit Award held on the Shehu Yar’ Adua Centre, Abuja on Wednesday.
Represented on the occasion, by his Particular Assistant on Coverage, Mr. Bamiduro Olumide, the Minister thanked the organisers of the Awards for the popularity given him.
In keeping with him, “this award and the opposite awards I’ve acquired are a few of the evidences of the dedication of the Buhari administration to the expansion of the Youth and Sports activities sector.
“I’m grateful for the chance given me to serve and make influence within the lives of our youth.”
Since his assumption of workplace in August 2019, Dare has launched quite a few programmes, initiatives and insurance policies which have positively impacted the youth and sports activities sector within the nation and led to successes in worldwide competitions.
Different recipients of awards on the occasion embrace the Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki and his spouse, Betsy Obaseki, the Deputy Governor of Edo State Philip Shuaibu, the President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee(NOC), Engineer Habu Gumel, the Director Basic of the Nigeria Drug Regulation Enforcement Company (NDLEA), Basic Buba Marwa(retd), former Director Basic of the Nigeria Tv Authority(NTA), Alhaji Yakubu Ibn Mohammed, President of Nigeria Volleyball Federation, Engineer Musa Nimrod, Sports activities philanthropist, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu and the President of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation, Daniel Igali amongst others.
