Taiwo Awoniyi urges Nottingham Forest to go for broke against Arsenal

Nigerian striker, Take Awoniyi has called on his Nottingham Forest teammates to redouble their efforts as they go into their Premier League clash against Arsenal this weekend.
Nottingham Forest maintained the three points advantage off the relegation zone following a 2-2 draw at Chelsea on Sunday and the Super Eagles striker was the hero of the night, netting both goals for the Triky Tree.
Steve Cooper’s side are heading to their final two games of the season starting with the visit of Arsenal at the City Ground and they will be counting on the Nigeria to avoid the drop, having hit nine goals in 28 games in all outings.
And 25-year-old expressed his delight with how they team fought to earn a point at Stamford Bridge and is bracing himself up to the club’s last two fixtures as final games, urging his mates to give it all to retain their topflight status.
“We came here with spirit and togetherness and had a plan that worked. When they score two quick goals you feel bad, but we believed in ourselves and got the point,” Awoniyi told BrilaFM.
“We now have two finals to go, the next one is Arsenal which we need to give it all the needed to get the desired result and from there we will see what happens.”
Forest will face Arsenal at the City Ground on Saturday before traveling to Crystal Palace on the final day.
