U23 AFCON Qualifier: Dollar rain As Gov Makinde, Ahmed Musa rewards Olympic Eagles

Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa has promised to gift the Nigeria U23 team the sum of Five hundred thousand naira (N500,000) per goal against Tanzania in the second leg of CAF U23 African Nations Cup qualifier.
Nigeria will host Tanzania at the Lekan Salami stadium Ibadan later today in the second leg after a 1-1 draw at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Dar es Salaam on Saturday last week.
In order to further boost the morale of the team, Musa as well as Oyo State governor, Eng Seyi Makinde promised to give money to the team.
On his part, Seyi Makinde promised to gift the 2015 African champions rs ($25,000) ehich he made known on Friday when he hosted the team at the Government House in Ibadan. He also doled out 10 million naira to the team on Friday.
The match officials have arrived in Ibadan while the Tanzania who defeated South Sudan in the First Round have trained on the Lekan Salami stadium turf ahead of today’s make or mar encounter.
The winner between Nigeria and Tanzania will face winner from Uganda and Guinea to the CAF U23 African Nations Cup slated to hold in Morocco serves as 2024 Olympics qualifier.
