Victor Boniface scores in Bayer Leverkusen win over Monchengladbach

Nigeria forward, Victor Boniface scored a brace in Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 mauling of Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
Boniface continued with his blistering form in the German Bundesliga with a fascinating performance against Borussia Monchengladbach following his arrival from Belgian side Unio.
The Nigeria striker powered home an header in the 18 minute to give Bayer Leverkusen the lead through a beautiful assist from Alejandro Grimaldo.
Leverkusen dominated proceedings in the game and towards the end of the first 45 minutes, Jonathan Tah doubled their tally.
An arrowhead pass from Florian Writz opened up a great chance for Boniface who found the back of the net for Black and Reds to grab his brace of the match in the 52nd minute.
The Nigerian forward was replaced in the 88th minute by Gustavo Puerta. Xabi Alonso’s side are second on the Bundesliga table with six points from two matches.
