Victor Osimhen hits double figure to help Napoli retain top spot

Super Eagles and Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen registered his tenth goal in all competition in their nervy 3-2 home win over Udinese on Saturday.
The Nigerian striker who has being fine form since returning from injury was again the cynosure of all eyes in an encounter that also involved another Nigerian striker, Isaac Success for the visitors.
Osimhen shot Napoli into the lead inside opening 15th minute as he was at the right place to finish off a well measured pass from Elif Elmas.
The towering striker also played a vital role in helping his team get the second goal with just a minute after the half hour mark as he outwitted his marker before feeding Hirving Lozano, who assisted Piotr Zielinski.
Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa who will be Qatar for the FIFA World Cup with Cameroon was the provider for the Napoli’s third goal in the 58th minute by setting up Elmas, who made it 3-0.
It became a scary moments for the home fans as Udinese responded with two goals within three minutes with Isaac Success involving in the first of it for Ilija Nestorovski and the second from Lazar Samardzic.
Having scored 10 goals in all competitions, the 23-year-old will be heading to camp of Super Eagles of Nigeria who are facing Portugal in an international friendly next Thursday.
