Victor Osimhen removes Napoli related post from Instagram after mocking video

Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has now deleted some content related to the club from his Instagram page following online troll aimed at him via his Italian club Napoli’s TikTok account on Tuesday.

This development comes few hours after his agent Roberto Calenda posted about the possibility of taking legal action against the Italian champions.

Nigeria Football had earlier reported that Napoli posted demeaning content on its TikTok account to troll last season’s Capocannoniere for his missed penalty against Bologna on Sunday.

The 24-year-old escaped a fine after his misconduct following his substitution in the match, despite apologizing to his manager Rudi Garcia, he has now picked a new grouse with the club.

The incident escalated after the player’s agent, Roberto Calenda, issued a strong statement condemning the club’s actions and hinting at potential legal repercussions.

In expression of his displeasure over how ridiculous Napoli’s social team handled the matter, the Super Eagles took time to scrub his Instagram page.

He has now deleted nearly all images of his time at Napoli, choosing to focus his attention on his national team pictures instead.
