Vincent Enyeama signifies interest in Nigeria coaching role

Former Nigeria legendary goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama has shown interest to coach the goalkeeping department of the national team.
The ex Super Eagles captain had a career that spanned over two decades winning numerous laurels.
Enyeama admire he isn’t a certified coach yet but he’s capable of coaching the Nigeria goalkeepers if called upon by the NFF.
The former Enyimba International player said he can’t refuse the call up to serve Nigeria as he will be willing to bring his wealth of experience or expertise to the Super Eagles.
“Becoming a goalkeeper coach, first of all, I’m not yet certified. If they want me to be like Zidane, who was not yet certified, but Real Madrid had faith in him, it can happen,” Enyeama said on Lagos Talks.
“I don’t have a problem if they wake up tomorrow and say, Vincent, come and be part of the setup- I will gladly do it. I can never say no to my country, I have always said that.
“I can never say no to Nigeria. I will bring my experience over the years in Europe, and we will do it. But they have to call me first.”
Enyeama had over 101 appearances for the Super Eagles before his controversial fallout with former gaffer, Sunday Oliseh which led to his abrupt end of his international career.
