Wilfred Ndidi’s timely return boosts Leicester City’s FA Cup hopes

Leicester City has received a significant boost ahead of their FA Cup clash against Manchester United, as Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is set to return to the squad.
Ndidi has been sidelined with an injury since the 2-2 draw with Brighton in the Premier League, but has now completed a successful return to training.
Head coach Ruud Van Nistelrooy confirmed Ndidi’s availability, saying: “Wilfred (Ndidi) is fine, he had a good week of training, last week and this week and he’ll be part of the squad tomorrow.”
Ndidi’s return is a welcome relief for Leicester City, who have struggled in his absence, losing eight of their last 10 matches.
However, they secured a convincing 6-2 victory over QPR in the third round of the FA Cup, and will be looking to build on that momentum against Manchester United.
