2025 CHAN Qualifiers: Super Eagles Team B arrives in Uyo for Black Galaxies return leg

The Nigeria men’s national Team B players have officially arrived in Uyo, Akwa Ibom Tate capital marking the beginning of their preparations for the crucial second leg of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) qualification match against Ghana.
This highly anticipated clash is set to take place on December 28, 2024, at the renowned Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
The CHAN Eagles arrived in Lagos on Monday after returning from Accra.
The team is eager to make a strong impression as they gear up for this important encounter.
To kick off their training regimen, the squad held their first training session at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, utilizing the practice pitch at the Nest of Champions.
The first leg in Accra ended in a 0-0 draw, with Nigeria hitting the crossbar.
Meanwhile, five players are expected to join the 18-man squad that made the trip to Ghana for the first leg of the 2025 CHAN Qualifiers.
They are Badmus Gbadamosi (Kwara United goalkeeper), Kazeem Ogunleye (Ranger International midfielder), Megwo Sunday CF (Abia Warrior Centre Forward), Samuel Ayanrinde (Shooting Stars Centre Forward), and Temitope Vincent (Plateau United winger).
