Taiwo Awoniyi hosts respected football agent Makanjuola Nureni

Nigeria and Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi welcomed renowned African football agent Makanjuola Nureni, popularly known as MK, to his United Kingdom (UK) home on Boxing Day.

Makanjuola, Chairman of Water FC, was in the United Kingdom on holiday and described the visit as unforgettable.

“Spending time with Taiwo was a memorable experience; his humility is truly inspiring,” MK remarked.

During the meeting, MK commended Awoniyi’s humility and acknowledged his impactful contributions to society.

In appreciation, Awoniyi said, “It’s always a pleasure to connect with someone who has been a pillar of support in African football,” as he gifted MK a Nottingham Forest jersey.

This is Awoniyi’s third season with the English Premier League (EPL) side.

His first season (2022/23) was his best in the English top-flight league, with 10 goals and an assist in 27 league games.
