Paul Onuachu promises Trabzonspor fans’ goals after loan move from Southampton

Nigeria striker Paul Onuachu has expressed delight over his loan move to Turkish side, Trabzonspor from Southampton and can’t wait to repay the club’s fans with goals.

The Super Eagles forward completed the move on Monday putting an end to horrible few months that saw him joining Southampton in January but failed to impress.

Onuachu is excited about the move and is already anticipating his first game with the club in the Turkish topflight.

”I will do my best to score goals,” he told the club media.

“I spoke to the coach, and he said nice things about the team and the club. I can’t wait to start.”

Onauchu is expected to make his debut when Trabzonspor face Besiktas in the Super Lig this weekend.
