Terem Moffi hits back at Kylian Mbappe after ‘Mr Nobody’ taunting remark

By: Monsurah Olatunji

Nice striker Terem Moffi has hitted back at Kylian Mbappe on Instagram after the Nigerian forward’s goal celebrations enraged the France superstar during PSG’s shock 3-2 loss at the Parc des Princes.
The 24-year-old scored twice and assisted the other but wheeled away in delight at the goal, ripping his shirt off and hoisting it into the air, showing his name to the Parisian crowd.
Kylian Mbappe found the celebration disrespectful to the PSG fans and furiously confronted Moffi in a berating manner.
Referee Clement Turpin stepped in to try and ease tensions between the two but Mbappe was left disgruntled by Moffi’s actions.
Moffi was subsequently reprimanded by the referee and was shown a yellow card for unsportsmanlike conduct.
According to reports, Mbappe called Moffi a ‘Nobody’ during the altercation.
The Nigerian forward has now hit back as he posted a photograph of himself celebrating Nice’s winning goal against PSG with a caption, “Mr. Nobody.”
The clip contained pictures of his celebration and the famous quote by UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

Moffi continued the feud by aiming at Mbappe again with a video he posted on his official Instagram page.

The Irishman said: “I just wanna say from the bottom of my heart. I’d like to take this chance to apologize, to absolutely nobody.”
