A new club birthed in Abuja as Greenlock FC unveil logo, kits and website

Green Lock Football Club (FC) unearthed its logo and kits during an unveiling ceremony to announce its entract into the Nigerian football stage in Wuye, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Friday.

At the media parley, the newest Abuja-based Nigeria Nationwide League club, unveiled its kits being well-balanced home and away kit which comes in a bespoke design that introduces a timeless interpretation of the club’s signature look.

The outfit also entrenched with the latest innovations in particular materials that will allow the players to feel comfortable during training and on match days.

Greenlock also unveiled its cloud-based data management website during the briefing as its Chairman, Dr Olubunmi Oladeinde Peters said the club project was ordained, as he believes the outfit will benefit Nigerians immensely from the value they’re going to bring to the table.

“What you’ll be watching out for is the tenacity for continuation, when you are able to continue doing what you have to do the best way possible, you’ll succeed, so a few years down the line,” Peters told media.

“I am expecting an amazing football club that will impact locally and internationally, a club that will not evolve to manage football club as it is done historically in this environment.

“We will develop strategies that will change the game, and with me privileged to be leading, and providing leadership, I will give them the best guidance.”

Present at the event was the club Chairman, Dr Olubunmi Oladeinde Peters, the club’s management team that included Mr Olufunsho Peters (virtually), Mr.Olayinka Oladunjoye who is the club’s Chief Coordinating Executive (CEO), Mr Bayo Olanlege, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Nationwide League (NLO) Chairman, represented by his COO, Mr Shola Ogunnowo, Chairman, Bwari Local Football Councils, Mr Felix Musa, Greenlock FC coaches and players.
