Abubakar Arikya bemoans Nasarawa United’s NPFL poor start to the season

Nasarawa United assistant coach Abubakar Arikya has expressed disappointment over the club’s poor run of results in the current Nigeria Premier Football League season.
The Solid Miners were handed a heavy 3-0 defeat in front of their home fans by Akwa United at the new Jos Stadium, Jos and the tactician described the defeat as an act of God but will get their acts together, prepare and work.
“Well, for what happened, I believe it’s not our making it’s football, either we loose or we draw but this is what is happening, we will just go back and prepare for another match,” Arikya told media.
“Football comes like that and if it comes like that, you have to collect it like that because there’s no how you can change it.”
Nasarawa are the only team yet to get a point in the NPFL abridged group B as they languish at the bottom of the group with three defeats from three matches.
