Afcon 2023: Five Nigerian stars that can ruin South Africa’s Afcon glory dream

Nigeria will be taking on South Africa in a crucial semifinal clash in the 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast on Wednesday.
No gainsaying that both sides boast of been former champions of the Africa showpiece with the Bafana Bafana winning it once, while Nigeria had emerged champions on three occasions.
And Nigeriafootball.ng will be looking at five Super Eagles players capable of shining and contributing to the knockout of the Bafana Bafana.

Victor Osimhen

Osimhen has been the major fighting force for Nigeria upfront at the continental showpiece, with his tireless pace and mouthwatering power to bully off opposing defenders.
Despite not having much goals to his name, Osimhen has distinguished himself as a top player that has created a pathway for the Super Eagles to succeed in their pursuit for a fourth African crown.
