Afcon 2023: Super Eagles to land in Abidjan on Wednesday

The players and officials of Nigeria’s senior men’s national team are expected to arrive in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire capital on Wednesday.

NigeriafootbalL.ng can confirm that the Super Eagles will depart Lagos by 10:00 am Nigerian time.

They will depart the country and land in Abidjan some minutes past 10:00 am Cote d’Ivoire time.

The trip from Lagos to Abidjan will be an 80-minute flight, with the delegation will led by the Chairman of the NFF Technical and Development Committee, Alhaji Sharif Rabiu Inuwa.

Nigerian supporters club in Abidjan are prepared to welcome the three-time African champions to the commercial capital of Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday.

The three-time African champions will compete in Group A against hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, and Guinea Bissau.

After successes in 1980, 1994, and 2013, Jose Peseiro’s side hopes to win their fourth title and third away from home.
