Rivers United produced a commanding attacking display to defeat Kun Khalifat FC 4-2 in a high-scoring encounter. Aniekeme Okon opened the scoring in the 16th minute, while Iyowuna Douglas bagged a brace (40’, 82’) and Handsome Surveyor added another just before halftime. Goals from Abdulrafiu Omolabi and Sunday Adehi proved insufficient for the visitors.

In Maiduguri, Remo Stars battled to a 1-1 draw against El-Kanemi Warriors. Adewale Yusuf struck early for the hosts, but Victor Mbaoma equalised in the 36th minute.

The Abia derby saw Enyimba FC edge Abia Warriors 2-1. Chidera Michael broke the deadlock before Emeka Obioma struck late. A stoppage-time penalty converted by Williams was not enough for the visitors.

Niger Tornadoes secured a late 2-0 win over Wikki Tourists, with Abdullahi Shehu scoring from the spot before Tshimaga sealed victory in added time.

At the Lekan Salami Stadium, Shooting Stars SC defeated Rangers International 3-1. Sodiq Ibrahim netted twice, while Desmond added a third before a late consolation from Mustapha.

Katsina United held Barau FC to a goalless draw away from home, earning a valuable point.

In Lagos, Ikorodu City FC edged Sporting Lagos Wolves 4-3 in a pulsating seven-goal thriller. Abayomi Ayodeji and Joseph Arumala set the early pace, while Tosin Oyedokun delivered a decisive response after goals from Chisom Ogbuu and Igbunu Evwierhurhoma had brought Wolves back into contention.

Elsewhere, Bayelsa United recorded a convincing 4-1 victory over Kano Pillars to round off an action-packed matchday.
