Amaju Pinnick lauds Aisha Falode’s Nigeria Women Football League reign

Former NFF President, Amaju Pinnick gas showered praises on Aisha Falode after giving an account of her time as the Chairperson of the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) from 2017 to 2022.
According to him, Falode’s giant strides at the NWFL did not come as a surprise because she was not only competent but she was a goal-getter.
“It’s only a person like Aisha that can bring me out for an occasion such as this,” said Pinnick, who flew in from Accra amid the GFA election.
“I’m on a FIFA assignment but I had to excuse myself to be part of this occasion because she has made so much sacrifice for Nigerian football and NWFL in particular.
“It is no surprise how far she has come because she has to in her. I want to thank Aisha for her dedication and sacrifice.
“It is one thing to entrust someone with tasks, it is another thing for the person to get them done. Aisha did so effortlessly and I’m grateful to her.”
