Chiamaka Nnadozie’s penalty save secures comeback win for Paris FC

Nigeria’s first choice goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie was on top of her game to make a fantastic penalty save in her side 3-2 win over Le Havre in the French women’s league encounter.
Paris FC came from two goals down to defeat Le Havre in a five goal thriller.
Ines Benyahia brace gave Les Havraises the two goal lead in the 16th and 45th minute against the home side.
The second half produced a masterstroke comeback as Louna Ribadeira scored two goals in the 61st and 67th minute to draw Paris FC back in the game.
The Les Havraises had the chance of scoring their third goal from the penalty box but it took the right instincts from Paris FC goalkeeper, Nnadozie to save the spot kick away from danger in the 70th minute.
The Sandrine Soubeyrand tutored side went on to win the pulsating encounter through Ribadeira solid strike in the 89th minute to complete her hat trick of the game.
Nnadozie also made four crucial penalty saves in the UEFA Champions League season against top sides.
The Nigerian goalkeeper’s penalty heroics eliminated Arsenal and Wolfsburg from the Champions League.
She was instrumental in Paris FC 2-1 win against Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage as she stopped Spanish World Cup winner, Olga Carmona spot kick.
The win against Le Havre takes Paris FC to the third position on the French women’s league with 34 points from 15 matches and 12 points adrift of table toppers, Lyon.
Paris FC next game will be against city rivals PSG in the semifinal of the Coupe de France on Sunday, March 10.
