Chioma Olise celebrates winning debut for Trabzonspor

Nigeria’s Chioma Olise played her first-ever match for Turkish women’s Super League side Trabzonspor on Sunday.

Trabzonspor defeated Amed 2-0 in the league encounter away from home.

Fatlinda Ramaj broke the deadlock in the 49th minute after a goalless first half.

Azra Ardos doubled the lead for the travelers in the 88th minute of play.

Former Edo Queens captain, Olise was introduced in the 70th minute for her debut match.

With the result, Trabzonspor occupy the sixth position on the log with 35 points from 18 games.

They will host Besiktas in their next game on March 9, 2025.
