Deborah Abiodun ecstatic to be part of historic Nigeria’s Olympics qualification

Nigeria midfielder Deborah Abiodun expressed her excitement as Nigeria secured qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games scheduled to take place in Paris.
Abiodun played a pivotal role in Nigeria’s qualification campaign, delivering standout performances that garnered cheers from fans. The Pittsburgh Panthers midfielder played a crucial role in shielding the Super Falcons’ defense, contributing to their narrow 1-0 aggregate victory over South Africa.
In the fiercely contested encounter against the Banyana Banyana, Abiodun shone brightly, ensuring that the former champions kept clean sheets for the first time since 2018.
