Edel FC are determined to secure a victory in their Nigeria National League (NNL) matchday six clash against Warri Wolves, as they aim to bounce back from their recent results.
The newly established Anambra-based club will face Warri Wolves at the Awka City Stadium this Sunday.
Team Manager Micheal Chukwuebuka expressed confidence in his team’s preparation and hunger for success.
“The only difference is that the mentality and approach to the game by the boys is different,” Chukwuebuka said.
“There’s a hunger and desire to get one over former NPFL campaigners, Warri Wolves.
“Throughout the week, the coaches and players have worked hard, and the expected result of such dedication is a convincing three points. Sunday will be Edel FC’s day to bask in glory.”
Edel FC currently sit in eighth position on the NNL table, with three points from four games, and are keen to climb higher with a crucial win against their experienced opponents.
