Gabriel Orok: Former Enyimba forward scores matchwinner for Ghazi El Mahallah

Nigeria forward Gabriel Orok scored a crucial goal to lift Egyptian Premier League outfit, Ghazi El Mahallah to a 1-0 win over visitors Enppi on Thursday.

Enppi were hoping to return to winning ways after a 2-0 defeat to Al Ahly on January 5 as the hosts had not won its last five games ahead of the clash with three defeats and two draws.

Orok, however struck in the 29th minute to secure the all-important matchwinner for Ghazi El Mahallah.

The former Enyimba forward has scored two goals with two assists in the league this season and he played for the 89th minute before she was replaced by Hani Abdel.

The triumph means Ghazi now occupy the fifth position on the log with 21 points from 13 games. and they will face Al Masry in their next fixture on January 20, 2023.
