Galatasaray deputy president İbrahim Hatipoğlu has firmly ruled out a January move for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, affirming that he will remain with the club until the end of the season.

Osimhen recently joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli, and Hatipoğlu emphasized the striker’s integral role in the team’s success.

“Osimhen’s leaving in January is out of the question,” he stated.

“In fact, we are making plans for him to play next season as well. He is a Galatasaray player until June, and discussing his departure is merely an attempt to change the narrative.”

Hatipoğlu praised Osimhen’s commitment, noting how happy he is to be with the club and how he shows his dedication in every match.

Galatasaray currently leads the Turkish Super Lig with 18 points from six matches, and the club is focused on building a strong future with the talented forward.
