Dreossi described Ojediran as a shining star following his revelation and intriguing performances in Hungary.

The club’s chief said the 20 year old Nigerian is an explosive midfielder whose playing style correspond with what RC Lens is known for.

“We are pleased to announce the signing of Hamzat Ojediran for the next four seasons. A revelation in the Hungarian championship in 2023/24, Hamzat is a true force of nature,” Dreossi was quoted by RC Lens.

“An explosive and athletic midfielder, he is an aggressive ball-winner in the good sense of the word. His determination and commitment on the pitch correspond exactly to what is expected of an RC Lens player.

“The recruitment of Hamzat is part of the club’s policy of also focusing on emerging players with interesting potential.”
