‘He gives you sense of security’ – Beppe Bergomi on Napoli star Victor Osimhen

Inter Milan legend, Beppe Bergomi is confident that Victor Osimhen will provide Napoli a sense of security in their upcoming second leg, quarterfinal of the Champions League clash with AC Milan.
During the 24-year old-absence, the Partenopei lost two of the three matches without Osimhen, the two losses came against the Rossoneri, including a 4-0 thrashing in the Serie A and a lone goal loss in the Champions League.
The Super Eagles forward returned to club action from injury against Hellas Verona on Saturday and was given 20 minutes of football as he hit the woodwork in the 0-0 draw.
Osimhen’s partnership with Kvaratskhelia in the attack has been impressive this season and would prove an headache for the Milan side and Bergomi insists the Nigerian’s return can’t repair Napoli’s on-field challenges.
“Napoli is well structured regardless of the center forward,” Bergomi told media.
“Definitely, having Osimhen gives you a sense of security, but you can’t think that it will solve all your problems.
“Napoli have two very important absences with Milan because they lack the two most physical players. Physicality has always been a problem for Napoli, this year they tried to make up for it, but in the past, they suffered.
“Milan are a team that takes you a lot from a physical point of view, on the individual duel and marking.”
