The stage is set for the 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) Final following a dramatic semifinal day at the Jabi Lake Park, Abuja, on Saturday.

Defending champions Kebbi Fishers BSC kept their title hopes alive after edging Kebbi United BSC 5–4 in a pulsating “Kebbi Derby.”

The nine-goal thriller saw the holders rally from 3–1 down to complete a stunning comeback victory.
Hamza Manga led the charge with a brace, while Yahaya Jibrin, Taiwo Adams, and Hassan Abdullahi each added a goal.

For Kebbi United, Umar Sadik produced a man-of-the-match performance with a hat-trick, and Umar Aliyu also found the net, but their efforts fell short.

In the second semifinal, Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors continued their fine run with a 4–2 triumph over 2022 champions Kada BSC.
Miracle Momoh, Prosper Peter, Ekunjimi Eganosi, and captain Gabriel Chinweze were on target for the Nnewi-based side, while Benjamin Bawa and Victor Tale pulled two back for Kada, who have now suffered back-to-back defeats for the first time this season.

The result sets up a mouthwatering final showdown between Kebbi Fishers BSC and Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors, while Kada BSC will battle Kebbi United BSC in the third-place match on Sunday.

Earlier in the day, Ibom BSC clinched fifth place after edging Jigawa Golden Stars BSC 3–2 in the classification game.
Emmanuel Okon struck twice, with Uwana Aniete adding another, while Hamza Bagudu netted a brace for Jigawa.
