Nigeria-eligible Evelyn Ijeh nets winning goal for Vaxjo against Brommapojkarna

Nigeria-eligible centre forward, Evelyn Ijeh proved to be the heroine as she scored the winning goal to lift her Swedish Dammalsvenskan side, Vaxjo DFF to a 1-0 win over Brommapojkarna on Sunday.
Vaxjo had won the of its previous five games ahead of the encounter with losses to Linkopings and Vittsjo.
Brommapojkarna had not won its last five games with loses to Pitea, Rosengard, Linkopings, and Kristiansad before playing out a 1-1 draw last weekend with Orebro.
The solitary goal came in the 16th minute after receiving a pass inside the box before her right-footed shot hit the top right corner.
The goal took her goal tally for the league season to four goals after nine matches.
Evelyn saw 88 minutes of action before she was replaced by Hanna Stokki.
Vaxjo occupy the eighth position with 9 points out of nine games.
The team will next face IK Uppsala on Sunday, May 8.
