NPFL: “Your job is safe” – Lobi Stars management assures Eugene Agagbe

The newly appointed management of Lobi Stars has expressed strong support for their technical crew, led by Coach Eugene Agagbe.

This commitment was detailed in a memo signed by Chairman Dr. Philip Nongu, following an emergency meeting at the club’s secretariat in Makurdi.

Dr. Nongu emphasized the management’s intention to collaborate closely with the technical staff to ensure the club’s success in the current season.

He assured that while the technical decisions will be primarily in the hands of Agagbe’s team, the management will provide recommendations when necessary.

In response, Coach Agagbe conveyed his determination to meet the challenges ahead with optimism and commitment.

Lobi Stars recently ended their season opener with a goalless draw in the 2024-25 Nigeria Premier Football League.

They are set to face Rivers United next at the Lafia City Stadium on Sunday.
