Reigning Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, Enugu Rangers, have confirmed the return of veteran striker Micheal Ocheho for a second spell at the club.
Ocheho, who previously played for the Flying Antelopes during the 2008/2009 season, will remain with the club until the end of the current campaign.
The 34-year-old forward, who has enjoyed a successful career across Europe, last played for Portuguese side Boavista.
His arrival adds to the growing list of new signings at Rangers, with Ejike Uzoechi and Patrick Egeonu also joining the club from Sporting Lagos.
Ocheho was an integral part of Nigeria’s Super Eagles squad that triumphed in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in South Africa.
His return to the NPFL adds to the increasing presence of former Super Eagles stars in the domestic league, joining the likes of Ahmed Musa and Shehu Abdullahi at Kano Pillars, while Brown Ideye is currently with Enyimba FC.
