By Dayo Awoniyi

Nigerian midfielder Kazeem Ogunleye has completed a move to Albanian Superliga side FK Partizani on a long-term contract, concluding his time with Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) champions Rangers International.

Ogunleye, renowned for his speed and technical ability, will bring valuable experience to FK Partizani, who are currently sitting fourth in the Albanian Superliga with 40 points from 27 matches.

The midfielder’s move marks a significant step in his career as he transitions from the NPFL to a competitive European league.

FK Partizani, established in 1946, play their home games at the 5,000-capacity Arena e Demave.

With the Albanian Superliga season heating up, the club will rely on Ogunleye’s skills to strengthen their squad as they aim to secure a strong finish.

The current league leaders are Egnatia Rrogozhine with 49 points, followed closely by Dinamo City and Vilaznia Shkoder.

Partizani will look to close the gap as they seek to challenge for the top spots.
