Osimhen remains Nigeria’s most valuable player

Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen’s market valuation remained the highest as far as Nigeria footballers are concerned.

According to a recent valuation by Transfermarkt, Osimhen, who is on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, is valued at 75 million Pounds.

Transfermarkt’s most valuable Nigeria footballers list was updated on January 1, 2025.

Reigning Africa player of the year, Ademola Lookman is the second Nigerian most valuable player with a 55 million Pounds valuation.

Bayer Leverkusen star, Victor Boniface is in third position with 45 million Pounds.

Alex Iwobi (25 million), Taiwo Awoniyi (22 million), Wilfred Ndidi (18 million), and Nathan Tella (18 million) also made the list.

Samuel Chukwueze (18 million), Terem Moffi (18 million), and Calvin Bassey (16 million) complete the top 10 most valuable Nigerian footballers.

Raphael Onyedika, George Ilenikhena, Ola Aina, Moses Simon, Gift Orban, Frank Onyeka, Ako Adams, Tolu Arokodare, and Bright Osayi Samuel completed the 11th to 20th most valuable Nigerian player.
