The Nigeria star, who was an integral member of the Super Falcons that lifted the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title in Morocco, disclosed in an interview with 49th Street that she listens to a wide range of Nigerian artistes.
“I like to listen to Kizz Daniel, Davido, Asake, Olamide… pretty much all of them,” Babajide said.
Speaking about her pre-match playlist, the forward explained that she enjoys a blend of love songs and upbeat tracks to strike the right emotional balance before stepping onto the pitch.
“Yeah, I’ve got a bit of everything, even match day and stuff. I love listening to a mix of love songs and upbeat vibes. It’s the perfect match day combination to feel all the feels.”
Babajide’s playlist reflects both her personality and preparation style — calming melodies to settle nerves, followed by high-energy anthems to get her fired up for action.
