Samuel Chukwueze is Nigeria’s most valuable U-23 player – Report

Villareal player Samuel Chukwueze tops the list of most valuable Nigerian U-23 players as compiled by Transfermarket on January 1, 2023.
According to Transfermarket, Chukwueze is worth €20 million and ranked above Ajax’s Calvin Bassey.
The 23-year-old recently in back-to-back games for Villareal in the league and Copa Del Rey. Ajax defender, Bassey is ranked second at a worth of €18m ahead of 23-year-old FC Lorient’s Terem Moffi who is worth €18 million.
21-year-old Club Brugge’s Raphael Onyedika is valued at €13 million, €7 million more than Royal Antwerp’s Alhassan Yusuf.
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise’s Victor Boniface (€4 million), SK Slavia Prague’s Yira Sor (€4 million), and Watford goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye (€2.5 million) ranked number seven to eight position.
Sporting Kansas City’s Willy Agada (€2.5 million), and Lillestrom’s Igoh Ogbu (€2.2 million) complete the top ten most valuable Nigerian U-23 players.
