Tom Dele-Bashiru: Former Nigerian youngster signs new two-year deal with Watford

English Championship side, Watford, have announced that Nigerian midfielder, Tom Dele-Bashiru has signed a new two year contract. 

The Former Flying Eagles’ midfielder will also have a chance to extend the deal by one more year. 

The 24-year-old arrived joined the Hornets in 2019 after leaving Manchester City.

The midfielder struggled to break into the first team in his first season at the club.

He was unable to feature for most part of 2020/21 season due to a horrible ACL injury he suffered in the build up to the season. 

Dele-Bashiru however regained top form last season, proving his versatility by also playing as a right-back.

He scored three goals in 38 league appearances for the Hornets.
