The Tunisian Football Federation (TFF) has congratulated the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) on what it described as the outstanding organization of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Morocco.
In a letter dated January 22, 2026, and addressed to FRMF President Fouzi Lekjaa, the TFF praised Morocco’s professionalism, infrastructure, and hospitality throughout the tournament.
Speaking on behalf of the federation and the wider Tunisian football family, TFF President Moez Nasri commended Morocco for delivering an edition of the AFCON that met the highest international standards, noting that the success of the competition brought pride to both African and Arab football.
The Tunisian FA also expressed appreciation for the warm reception and generous hospitality extended to the Tunisian delegation during their stay, describing it as a reflection of the nobility and generosity of the Moroccan people.
According to the letter, the seamless organization of the tournament was the result of strong leadership and sustained investment in sports infrastructure, which helped make the 2025 AFCON a landmark event in the history of African football.
The message concluded with a reaffirmation of Tunisia’s commitment to strengthening cooperation and brotherly relations with the Moroccan federation, while wishing Moroccan football continued success in the future.
The letter was jointly signed by TFF President Moez Nasri and Vice-President in charge of relations with international bodies, Hussein Jenayah.
