U20 FIFA World Cup: Italy armoury will be neutralized by Nigeria, boasts Ladan Bosso

Nigeria U20 head coach Ladan Bosso is unruffled with Italy’s pedigree, boasting his side will neutralize Italian’s armours.

After overcoming Dominican Republic scare, the Flying Eagles will be face the Junior Azzuri in their second group D encounter in Mendoza.

And the veteran tactician revealed his team have studied the Italians, while promising to put them under ontrol.

“We stayed back after our match against the Dominican Republic to watch the Italy match against Brazil, and we took a lot of notes from there,” Bosso told Complete Sports.

“The Italians have the midfield machinery to outrun any team that is flustered by their pace and organization, but we will know how to deal with that.

“We have the boys who can neutralize their mortal armoury and deliver some blows of our own. Wednesday’s encounter will be interesting. We will respect them but we don’t fear any team at this championship.”

The Flying Eagles will be hoping to get the job done against the Italians to seal a last eight finish.
