2025 CHAN Qualifiers: Coach Mas Ud Didi Dramani names 26-man roster for Eagles clash

Ghana home-based coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has named a 26-man squad for the 2024 Championship of African Nations (CHAN) qualifiers against Nigeria.

The squad includes three goalkeepers and 23 players to prosecute the two-legged tie.

Medeama SC has six representatives on the roster, the highest by any Ghanaian club.

The roster was released the same day, Friday, when the stand-in coach of Nigeria, Daniel Ogunmodede, invited 18 players to face the Black Galaxies.

Ghana will take on the Super Eagles B team in the first leg of the CHAN qualifier at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024.

The return leg is scheduled for Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Nigeria.

The winner of the two-legged tie will qualify for the 2025 CHAN in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania from February 1 to 28.
