Ikorodu City are making their final preparations ahead of a crucial South-West derby against Shooting Stars on Sunday.
The Oga Boys will welcome the Oluyole Warriors to the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, for a thrilling Matchday 12 encounter in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
This will be the first time both teams meet in the top flight, adding extra excitement to what promises to be a captivating showdown.
Despite the significance of the fixture, Ikorodu City remains focused on their goals. The newly-promoted side has confirmed that they are not letting the pressure affect their preparations.
“Never losing focus. Working hard in training for the weekend,” Ikorodu City posted on X.
The team comes into the match in strong form, having gone unbeaten in their last four games, securing 14 points from 11 matches.
